Run the race without fainting👍

Pastoring a church is not butter and bread. You may not know how it feels until you get in there.

Pastoring is beyond getting on the stage to minister the word, use accent and eloquence; Pastoring a church is big-time spirituality.

Destinies are tied to the mandate of the ministry God has called the pastor into. And as such, it is crucial for every pastor to understand the core ministry of their mandate.

In Pastoring a church comprised of both the faithful and those struggling with their beliefs is a delicate balance of fostering spiritual growth, providing guidance, and creating a nurturing community.

Pastoring requires both ministration, administration and leadership. The former is the core mission while the latter is to boost the former.

This challenging role involves offering support and encouragement to those seeking to deepen their faith while also extending understanding and compassion to those grappling with doubts or differing perspectives.

Navigating the diverse needs of the congregation requires a compassionate heart, a commitment to open dialogue, and a firm grounding in biblical teachings, all while fostering an environment that encourages personal growth and unity among the flock.

You are either feeding the flock with the word that would enhance their level of walk with God, increase their spiritual capacity, enlighten their faith and overseeing their wellbeing in totality or you’re dissuading them away from the faith and sinking their spiritual life.

The assignment if not properly ministered and administered can lead to hyper-chaos in ministry.
